Contemporary B&B in a 19th century building.

Villa des Raisins is a 19th century building which was completely renovated into a contemporary comfort+ Bed and Breakfast in 2002.

Street front is protected by UNESCO. The balcony is restored in 2015. The rooms are being re-furnished in may 2026. The garden will have a complete face lift in the near future.

All rooms have modern facilities.

Host Joeri places great value on hospitality and will do everything possible to ensure you leave with a happy smile and to everyone's satisfaction after breakfast. Please do not forget to mention any dietary intolerances, vegetarian, or vegan preferences when booking.

Located on the edge of Bruges city centre, accessible via the E40 (coast-Brussels) or the trainstation (Sint-Michiels exit), just 5 minutes driving. There is a bus stop around the corner.

30m from the very popular restaurant/eatery/pub Parazzar for the locals.

Just across the Art Gallery N.E.S.T. residence of cherished local artist Peter Jonckheere. 

The B&B is within short walking distance of the medieval Smedenpoort with the beautiful inner rampart promenade and outer ring canal.

The MaZ = Local Bruges Cultural Hall (with free parking)

15 min. walking to the first market square 'Zand with the internationally renowned Concertgebouw.that was builded in 2001 for the occasion of MAIN EUROPE CULTURE CITY 2002.

20 min. walking to the Market Square with the Bell tower and the old heart of the City, the Roman double chapel (1139) with the Holy Blood chapel and Gothic Townhome building). The old city Theatre and 30 min. to all museums.

The Villa is ideally situated to visti the Belgian coast, with his pearl Oostende.

With bicycle distance from the other Flemish picturesque cities like Damme, Oostkerke, Hoeke, and Lissewege.

This room has recently been refurbished. It features a beautiful balcony overlooking the street.
You will likely notice the beautiful nude that is painted by the local artist Peter Jonckheere. You can find more Artwork of him in his gallery across the street called N.E.S.T.

This spacious room is the only one on the second floor. It exudes the allure of a suite and features a Italian-style four-poster bed. It includes a cozy sitting area and a bathroom ball room size.

The bathroom is also adorned with painted seascapes by the renowed local artist Jan De Mey.  It is the only room with a bathtub and a foot bath. The rooms offers views of the modest city garden trough two large skylights, while the bathroom overlooks the street below.

Breakfast: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Room amenities: Minibar, safe, TV (streaming), air conditioning, toilet, modern bathroom, coffee/tea facilities, hairdryer.
